摘要
本文主要介绍基于用户程控机的声讯服务系统，并通过实例阐述了系统设计与实现的基本方法。
This paper intruduces the general - purpose voice system based on PBX (Private Branch Ex- changes). In addition, a typical example was given for explaining how to design and build a voice system.
