摘要
通过对当前军队医院管理队伍的现状分析,指出实现军队医院管理职业化是顺应卫生改革的必然要求,是提高医院保障效能的重要前提、是稳定管理队伍的根本途径。实现职业化,一要转变领导观念、调整用人机制;二要规范职业培训、提升人员水平;三要完善评估体系,健全激励机制。
This paper analyzed the current status of management personnel in military hospitals: then it proposed there are some reasons to realize military professional hospital managers as follow: ( 1 ) transfer the idea of leadership and adjustment the personnel mechanism; (2) normative the professional training and raise the level of personnel; (3) improving appraisal system and establishment the bonus mechanism.
