摘要
介绍了用 SPICE-Ⅱ程序,对集成温度传感器的感温部分—集成对管的温度特性进行模拟分析的方法和结果,并与实验进行了对比,有利于线性度和互换性的进一步改善。以此为指导实现的集成温度传感器在-50℃~+125℃范围内的互换误差≤5℃、绝对非线性误差≤±0.2℃。
The method and result of SPICE-Ⅱsimulation of temperature character-istics of integrated dual-transistor,the temperature-sensitive part of an IC temperaturesensor,are described,and compared with the experiment.The conclusions are useful inimproving the linearity and compability.For the IC temperature sensor implemented byuse of them,its non-compability ≤5℃ and its nonlinearity≤±0.2℃(over-50℃to+125℃).
