提出了在试制及小批量生产C70型敞车时存在的车体挠度超限问题,重点介绍了车体挠度控制措施及要求。
The limit exceeding of the carbody deflection existing in prototype and small batch production of C70 Gondola cars is put forward.The car-body deflection control measures and requirements are mainly described.
