过去10年,全球转基因农产品种植面积和产量增长迅猛,1996到2005年全球转基因农作物种类面积增长了53倍。在转基因农产品种种类、面积和产量不断增长的同时,与之相伴的转基因食品安全性问题也受到国内外专家、学者、管理机构和销费者的普遍关注和激烈争论。
The security of genetically modified food recently has been regarded by experts all over the world because genetically modified crops increases rapidly. Relative Security of Genetically Modified Food is analysed from the relation of food security and health in this article, which includes allergen, antibiotics and CaMV promotor questions. The research shows that allergen do not produce in the the course of gene transfer. The attribute of gene transferred decides wheather hypersusceptibility brought. To this day,no evidence can be proved that GMF irritability is more higher than it of traditional food.The harm of antibiotic gene seems very little,but scientists still try their best to reduce or prevent the menace. At the same time, the experiment proves that the promotor has little harm to human body. At present, the objective opinion of GMF security is a proposition
