在“一杯牛奶强壮一个民族”的口号宣传下,中国的牛奶业得到了迅猛的发展。豆奶业如何在牛奶业的强势行业优势下生存并迅速崛起?就成了豆奶业思索与研究的问题,是继续沿着牛奶的路继续前进,还是另辟蹊径走一条崭新的商业大道呢?
With China dairy industry rapidly developing rencently, soy milk industry develps slowly. But it offers a new chance for soy milk industry because of contends in dairy industry wheather China soy milk industry will grasp this chance? It needs knowing and correcting the disadvantages. There are severai slow development causes in China soy milk industry. For example, lack of market and operation experiences, lack of correct consumption markets leading and consumption concept breeding, no good design adapting to consumers, soy milk industry paid tittle attentions to, lack of a mature commerce patterns and so on. There are three kinds of commerce patterns, for instance cetacean, cuckoo and probiotics pattern. While the latter is the best patter for soy milk industry. Commerce Patterns reconstructing needs abideing by some principles,for example, innovation principle, dynamic principle, unique principle, conjunction principle, system principle and payoff principle.
