摘要 21世纪的特点是全球经济一体化迅猛发展。随着科技的不断进步,跨国经营已成为不可逆转的潮流,使得资源在全球范围内进行配置,贸易自由、资本流动、全球制造、全球采购等模式迅速推进,愈演愈烈。全球化的竞争已不再仅仅是企业间的价值,而即将发展为供应链与供应链间的竞争。因此,全球供应链管理已成为中国企业面临的一个严峻的课题。 Food Industry Supply Chain Management is a course management of critical operation from raw and processed materials providers to ultima consumers. It carries out plans, harmony, performance, controlment, optimization and decision-making of demand and supply on chains by appling modern information technology. With technology further improved, Food Industry Supply Chain Manage- ment has been confronted with a flinty question. Questions about Food Industry Supply Chain lies in several aspects, lack requirement management, badly cooperated with chains, high stock, slowly response speed, unreasonable network design,challenge from logistics business and questions of matter circulation business contracted. According to above questions, primary solutions have been brought about. For example, product research and development, stock management, production management, sales and divided sales management, sales promotion management, financing management, logistics management, business analysis and operation optimization, human resource management, CRM client relation management and decision made optimization.
