摘要
研究了多梳拉舍尔花边的结构特征,根据花边织物的结构特点提出了用样条曲线来模拟线圈结构,并确定了花梳作成圈、衬纬和压纱组织时线圈结构中控制点的数目和位置,建立了花边织物中线圈结构的理论模型。针对实际花边织物中由于纱线张力而引起的线圈结构变形,提出了以线圈根部为变形集中点的线圈偏移理论,并给出了偏移计算公式。运用上述线圈模型和偏移理论,采用VC++.net进行程序设计,实现了对多梳拉舍尔花边织物的直观、快速、准确仿真。
The characteristics of muhibar raschel lace were studied in this article, and the spline function was suggested to simulate the loop structure and determine the number and position of control points necessary for forming a loop by a guide bar through weft insertion and fall-plate. And the theoretical model for each type of loop was set up. For solving the problem of distortion of the loop caused by yarn tension, the offset theory and calculation formula were given. This theory assumed that the root of loop was the centre of yam tension. Applying this model and theory, using VC + + . net to program, the quick, visual and accurate simulation of raschel lace was realized.
