摘要
通过实例,应用置换理论分析了矩形三维预制件的编织过程,在将编织循环表达为不相交的轮换的乘积后,建立了各轮换与编织锭子移动规律之间的关系。以口字截面预制件编织为例,对异形截面三维预制件的编织过程进行了置换表达。从不相交的轮换的积的表达式中,不仅可以得到有关异形截面三维预制件编织锭子移动规律方面的特性,还可判别出方格阵上编织锭子的类别并确定其初始位置,为异形截面三维预制件编织的最终实现奠定了基础。
Permutation analysis is p to describe the braiding process of 3-D preform with rectangle cross-sections. One example of the application of the proposed method is presented firstly. When a braiding cycle is expressed as a product of disjoint permutation, the relationship between the disjoint permutations and the movement of bobbins is developed. The process of 3-D preform braiding with □-shape cross-section is analyzed as another example to describe the application of the proposed method to braid profiled preforms. Based on the expression of the product of disjoint permutation, the types of braiding bobbins can be discriminated and their initial positions be determined, apart from the deduction of the relationship between the disjoint permutation and the movement of bobbins, thus laying a foundation for braiding a profiled preform.
