摘要 采用模型的方法建立络筒过程中纱线通道与上蜡机构的结构模型,运用力学和数值分析的方法对该模型进行数值解,再通过对M1332型络筒机上蜡装置的实验,获得简易络筒上蜡装置的结构最优值、蜡块结构成分的最优值等,为纺纱企业选用性价比最优的上蜡系统提供理论分析和实验检验的依据。 A structural model of the yarn passing way during winding and waxing attachment was developed and the mechanics and data analysis were used to explain the model. Based on waxing experiments on winding frame model .M1332, the optimum parameters of the structure of waxing attachment and wax components were got. It has provided a basis for spinning mills to select a waxing attachment with the best ratio of performance to price in both theoretical and practical aspects.
