摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法与传统教学模式的教学效果差异。方法:重组妇产科教学大纲,编写临床病例,实施PBL教学模式,采用阶段和期末考试及量表评估的方法分析教学效果。结果:PBL教学模式并不影响学生对基础知识、知识要点和难点的掌握。它能培养学生批判性思维和临床能力,有效地激发学生自发学习动机和效果,提高交流与沟通能力,培养人际交往及协作能力。结论:PBL与传统的医学教育模式相比具有突出的优势。 Objectives: To discuss the difference of PBL model and traditional education model in obstetrics and gynecology education, Methods: Revision of education outline of obstetrics and gynecology and collection of the PBL cases, The PBL model was performed in education, and the education effect was evaluated by examination and table analysis, Results: PBL model is proved to be better than the traditional education model in clinical thought culture and autonomous study motivation and cooperation ability. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional education model, PBL model is of significance in modern medical education.
