摘要
本研究通过对长学制临床医学生八项基本素质进行自评,对所得结果进行讨论,提出在临床阶段如何提高长学制医学生素质及相关对策。
This research analyzes and discusses the self-evaluation results on eight basic qualities of medical students in extended-academic- year system. The eight basic qualities include morality, personality, psychological quality, interpersonal coordination and communication skill, innovation ability, learning capability, execution ability and health. Statistics is done on the students before the end of the third years (i. e. preclinical stage) focusing on the source variations such as male vs. female, Beijing (local) vs, non-local, city vs. rural areas, and preclinical vs. one or half year post-clinical stage. In the end, it is proposed on how to improve the basic qualities of medical students in extended-academic-year system.
