摘要
研究了壳聚糖、葡聚糖、茯苓多糖、魔芋甘露聚糖等多糖的红外光谱。中红外光谱的研究表明,所研究的几种多糖中,葡聚糖为α-多糖,其余均为β-多糖;实验表明,采取的红外线光谱分析方法是可行的。
The isolation and purification, pharmaceutical action, structure analysis, relationship on structure activity, hiomineralization, and developmental trend of polysaecharide were summarized in this paper. MIR Spectrscopy, NIR Spectrscopy and FIR Spectrscopy of Chitosan, Glucan, Pachymaran,Konjac Glucomannan, Xanthan were studied. Studies of MIR Spectrscopy showed that Glucan is α-polysaccharide and other kinds of polysaccharide were all β-polysaccharide; studies of NIR Spectrscopy and FIR Spectrscopy proved that our methods were practical.
