摘要
设计了一种用于测量模压腔体内大荷载压强的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)压强传感器。模压腔体内的压强通过压杆作用到等强度梁上,导致粘贴在等强度梁上的光纤Bragg光栅的中心波长发生改变,通过波长解调仪检测光栅中心波长的改变量,测量模压腔体内的压强。实验表明:该传感器在很宽的压强测量范围内具有很好线性,并且测量灵敏度高、精度好。
Design a kind fiber Bragg grating (FBG) pressure sensor for measuring the large load pressure in mold chamber. The pressure of mold chamber transit to uniform strength beam by a small column, leading to the center wavelength of fiber Bragg grating pressure sensor which is glue in uniform strength beam changed, measuring the pressure of mold chamber through wavelength demodulate device detecting the changing amount of center wavelength, Experimental results show that,, This sensor has very good linearity in the very wide pressure measuring range, and high measuring sensitivity, good precision.
