摘要
抄纸过程定量水分系统既存在强耦合,又具有很大纯延迟;应用B ristol方法了对定量水分系统进行了解耦,对传统Sm ith预估控制进行了改进并对其鲁棒性进行了分析;提出一种基于B ristol解耦控制和改进Sm ith预估控制的定量水分优化控制方法,该方法同时解决了耦合和纯延迟两个问题;对直接反馈控制、B ristol解耦控制、改进Sm ith预估控制、解耦预估优化控制方法的控制效果进行了仿真和比较,结果表明该方法具有良好的控制效果;对解耦预估控制进行了鲁棒性仿真,证明该方法具有很强的鲁棒性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Quantification and moisture of paper process in the paper making industry are coupling and have dead time. The quantification and moisture of paper process are decoupled by using the method of Bristol. A new controller of Smith is presented in this paper and its robustness is analyzed. A new method to control the quantification and moisture of paper process is presented based on decoupling and new controller of Smith. Three kinds of other control methods and the presented method are simulated. The new methods resolve the coupling and dead time problem in the same time, It is robust and has good performance by comparing the simulation results with that of other methods.
