湖北宜昌产两种花椒果皮醇提物对小鼠天然免疫功能的影响

Effects of the Seed Capsule Methanol Extracts of Zanthoxylum Species Cultured in Yichang Region on the Function of Mouse Natural Immunity

摘要 目的为确定产自湖北省宜昌地区两品种花椒果皮是否会对机体的天然免疫功能产生影响而进行此实验。方法将花椒果皮醇提取物注射入小鼠腹腔内,确定药物的毒性并观察其对小鼠天然免疫功能的影响。结果宜都花椒的毒性明显强于五峰花椒;花椒提取物可明显降低腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吸附及吞噬能力,长期给药可使动物血液白细胞总数及淋巴细胞百分比显著下降。结论产自宜昌地区两品种花椒的毒性强度有明显差异,它们的提取物均可对小鼠的天然免疫功能产生抑制性影响。 Objective The study was carried out to determine whether the methanol extracts of seed capsules of 2 Zanthoxylum species cultured in Yichang had the effect on function of mouse natural immunity in vivo. Methods After the methanol extracts were injected into mouse peritoneal cavities, it was assayed for their toxicities to mice and their effects on chook RBC phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Injected for 22 days with extracts, the mice were taken the count of total and categories number of their WBC in blood and examined the structures of their thymuses and spleens. Results The toxicity of Zanthoxylum obtained from Yidu was more intensive than that from Wufeng. Both methanol extracts of 2 Zanthoxylum species showed significant inhibition on adhesion capability and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages to chook RBC. Many kinds of immune cells in the mouse peritoneal cavities had the morphological change of vacuole metamorphosis. Long - range administration of extracts could make the total number of WBC and ratio of lymphocytes in mouse blood lower significantly, but could not make the morphologies of mouse thymus and spleen structures change visibly. Conclusion The toxicity intensity of the Zanthoxylum produced in Yidu is different from that in Wufeng. Both extracts of 2 Zanthoxylum species has the suppressive effects on the function of mouse natural immunity.
