摘要
目的建立抗病毒胶囊中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中连翘苷的含量，色谱条件：ODSC18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，乙腈-水（28：72）为流动相；流速：0．8mL／min；检测波长：230nm。结果连翘苷浓度范围在4．96-49．6μg／ml之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．7％，RSD为1．77％；结论该方法准确、可靠、专属性强，可用于抗病毒胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of forsythin in Anti - virus Capsule. Methods Forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were：ODS -C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm ,5 μm） as analytic column, acetonitrile- water（28：72） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min. Results The linearity of forsythin in the range of 4.96 - 49.6 μg/ml was good, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 97.7% ,RSD = 1.77%. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of Anti - virus Capsule.
