摘要
目的从中药姜黄提取3种姜黄素类化合物并对它们进行抗肝癌细胞和子宫内膜癌作用研究。方法采用柱层析法从姜黄提取物中分离出3种姜黄素类化合物,用MTT法测定其抗肝癌细胞和子宫内膜癌作用。结果3种姜黄素化合物分别鉴定为姜黄素、脱甲氧基姜黄素和双脱甲氧基姜黄素。0.01 mg/m l双脱甲氧基姜黄素,0.01 mg/m l和0.001 mg/m l脱甲氧基姜黄素能明显抑制肝癌细胞的生长;0.01 mg/m l和0.001 mg/m l双脱甲氧基姜黄素,0.01 mg/m l脱甲氧基姜黄素,0.01 mg/m l和0.001 mg/m l姜黄素能明显抑制子宫内膜癌细胞的生长。结论一定浓度的姜黄素化合物能明显抑制肝癌和子宫内膜癌细胞的生长。
Objective To extract three cureuminoids from Curcuma langa and study there effects on liver cancer and endometfial carcinoma. Methods Three curouminoids were got from the extract of Curcuma langa with column chromatography and their effects on liver cancer and endometrial carcinoma were determined by MTT. Results Three curcuminoids were identified as curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin. It showed that 0. 01 mg/ml cureumin,0. 01mg/ml and 0. 001 mg/ml demethoxycurcumin could resist liver cancer , 0. 01mg/ml and 0. 001 mg/ml bisdemethoxycurcumin,0. 01mg/ml demethoxycurcumin, 0. 01 mg/ml and 0. 001 mg/ml curcumin could resist cndometfial carcinoma cells. Conclusion It is an effective method that curcuminoids are separated from Curcuma langa with column chromatography in this experiment. The three cureuminoids have good antitumor effects on liver cancer and endometrial carcinoma cells.
