摘要
目的测定银杏叶片中萜类内酯银杏内酯A,B,C及白果内酯的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)以蒸发光散射检测器(EISD)检测,对银杏叶片中的活性成分银杏内酯A,B,C及白果内酯进行测定。结果银杏内酯A在2.12—10.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为96.0%;银杏内酯B在2.10-10.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993)。平均回收率为94.6%;银杏内酯C在1.97-9.80μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为92.4%;白果内酯在4.12~20.6峭范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为93.6%。结论该方法准确可靠,可用于银杏制剂萜类内酯的质量监控。
Objective To determine the content of ginkgolide A, B, C and bilobalide in the Ginkgo tablet. Methods The HPLC method with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD) was used to determine the content of ginkgolide A, B, C and bilobalide in the Ginkgo tablet. Results The method had good linear relationship. The average recovery were 96.0% ,94.6% ,92.4% and 93.6%, respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, which can be used for quality control on Terpenelactones of Ginkgo tablet.
