摘要
目的探讨心肺联合移植术后胸膜并发症的发生机制及对预后的影响。方法通过对我院两例心肺联合移植术患者的分析,结合文献报道,阐述心肺联合移植术后胸膜并发症的发生机制及对预后的影响。结果两例患者均发生了气胸、血胸,一例患者还发生了胸膜渗出。结论急性胸膜并发症中血胸及持续性的漏气与患者术后的死亡率呈正相关,而远期胸膜并发症并未对患者的术后死亡率产生不利影响。
Objective To explore the mechanism of pleural complications and its effect on prognosis after heart-lung transplantation. Methods Prognosis analysis was conducted by observing two patients who underwent the heart-lung transplantation in our hospital. And related article~ were reviewed to elucidate the pathogenesis of phural complication. Resulls Both of the two patients suffered from pneumothorax and hemothorax after heart-lung transplantation. One of them also got pleural effusion. Conclusions Hemothorax and continuing air leakage in the acute phurel complications are positively related with the mortality, while the relationship between further pleural complications and the mortality can not be observed.
