核转录因子-κB和血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测核转录因子(NF-κB)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)中的表达,探讨其与EM发病机制的相关性.方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测NF-κB及VEGF在35例正常子宫内膜、48例EM在位内膜及76例EM异位内膜中的表达,并对检测结果进行统计学分析.结果:NF-κB和VEGF主要定位于3组内膜腺上皮细胞的胞质中,其中异位内膜表达强度最强,正常子宫内膜的表达强度最弱(P<0.05).在位内膜和正常子宫内膜NF-κB和VEGF的表达强度随月经周期发生一定的变化,分泌期高于增殖期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).NF-κB与VEGF之间在正常子宫内膜、异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达具有正相关性,相关系数分别为0.660,0.733和0.827(P<0.01).结论:NF-κB和VEGF在EM患者的在位及异位内膜的高表达及二者之间的正相关性提示其在EM发病机制中起一定的作用. AIM: To investigate the expressions of nuclear factor- kappaB(NF-κB) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) proteins in endometriosis ( EM), and to evaluate the correlation between NF-κB and VEGF expressions. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the NF-κB and VEGF protein expression in 35 specimens of normal endometrium,48 of eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and 76 of ectopic endometrium, and the results were analyzed with SPSSll. 0 statistical software. RESULTS: The expressions of NF-κB and VEGF were mainly found in the glandular epithelial cells of the 3 kinds of endometrium, with the ectopic endometriotic tissues showing the highest and the normal endometfium showing the lowest expression (P 〈 0.05). Both NF-κB and VEGF expressions in proliferative phase were significantly lower than those in secretory phase of normal and ectopic endometria ( P 〈 0.05 ). Furthermore, the expressions of NF-κB and VEGF proteins were positively correlated in normal endometria, eutopic and ectopic endometria (r = 0. 660, 0.733 and 0. 827, respectively, P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: NF-κB and VEGF proteins are highly expressed and show a positive correlation in EM, which suggests that they may participate in the pathogenesis of EM.
