摘要
目的分析人造生物膜包裹动脉瘤的声像图特点和血流变化情况,探讨高频超声(HFUS)在实验性动脉瘤包裹治疗术中的价值。方法应用HFUS检测人造生物膜包裹治疗犬颈动脉瘤过程中不同时间之包裹动脉瘤腔、吻合口和载瘤动脉的内径、血流速度以及阻力指数并与未包裹侧动脉瘤模型相对照。结果HFUS可清晰地显示包裹动脉瘤大小、前后壁、夹层以及吻合口、瘤腔、载瘤动脉之血流动力学改变。人造生物膜片包裹治疗犬颈动脉瘤成功率为100%,与数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果相互印证。结论人造生物膜片对实验性梭形动脉瘤包裹治疗有较高的成功率,HFUS可作为动态检测的最佳手段。
Objective To analyze sonography and the blood flow in wrapping canine fusiform aneurysm with biofilm, and to evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasound (HFUS) simultaneously. Methods Changes of the inner diameters,flow velocity, resistance index(RI) in aneurysm cavity, inosculate-jaws, carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms at different times were observed with HFUS, and compared with that of fusiform aneurysm model, Results HFUS could clearly demonstrate the size, morphology, wall, interlining and the intraneurysmal flow characteristics of inosculate-jaws, aneurysm cavity, carry-nubble artery of wrapping aneurysms. The successful rates of the wrapping for biofilm was (8/8) 100%, Compared with DSA , HFUS image has the accordant rates 100%. Conclusion The wrapping material of biofilm is superior for canine fusiform aneurysm. HFUS could be chosen as the best method in evaluating the aneurysm after wrapping surgical procedure.
