摘要 目的探讨超声诊断乳腺癌的漏诊和误诊原因,以提高超声诊断乳腺癌的准确性。材料和方法将582例乳腺癌患者的超声、临床和病理资料进行分析,对超声漏诊和误诊原因进行归纳和总结。结果超声检查的发现病变562例(96.56%)。漏诊20例(3.44%),其中导管内癌10例,浸润性导管癌6例,浸润性小叶癌3例,Paget病1例。误诊26例(4.47%),其中误诊为纤维腺瘤14例,囊性增生9例,导管内乳头状瘤2例,叶状肿瘤1例。结论超声诊断乳腺癌具有较高的准确性,掌握正确的检查方法、合理的调节仪器和分析声像图,有助于减少漏诊和误诊的发生。 Objective: To investigate the reasons of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis and to increasl the accuracy rate from ultrasonography in breast cancer. Methods: The data of 582 cases were analyzed including ultrasonography, clinical and pathology. The reasons of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were summed up and summarized. Results: The lesions of 562 cases were discovered by ultrasonography (96.56%). The cases of missed diagnosis were. 20 (3.44%), including 10 intraductal carcinomas, 6 infitrating ductal carcinoma, 3 infitrating ductal carcinoma and 1 Paget' s disease. The cases of misdiagnosis were 26 (4.47%), including 14 fibroadenoma, 9 cystic hyperplasia, 2 intraductal papilloma and 1 phylledes tumor. Collusions: The diagnosis of breast cancer with ultrasonography was quite accurate. If the method was correctly handled appropriate adjust merit of the instruments and analyze ultrasonogrmns reasonably. The chance of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis could be reduced.
