四川省中医医院院前急救状况研究

An Analysis of First-aid Condition in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan Province

目的中医医院的发展为我国基层急救与紧急救援网络建设提供了一个很好的拓展方向,而中医医院院前急救也已经成为各地区一股不可忽视的急救力量。本研究着力于了解四川省各级中医医院院前急救的现状,寻求其最佳的发展方向。材料与方法通过问卷方式对四川省各市县医院与当地中医医院急诊科进行调查,将同地区中医与非中医医院进行配对研究,从院前急救人员配置、急救物资装备等方面进行描述和统计分析,比较两类医院的院前急救现状。结果四川省各级中医院与同级非中医院相比,在急救物资装备、人员配备等方面没有明显的差异,但是在院前急救专业人员的培养方面具有显著性差异。结论四川省各地区、市县中医医院院前急救已经具有一定规模,已经成为基层急救的一支不可忽视的力量。但是在专科急救人员培养方面与非中医医院还存在差距,需要进一步完善。

Objective： The development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital provides a very good expanding direction to construct the basic first - aid and urgent rescue in our country, and the prehospital first aid of traditional Chinese medicine hospital has become so strong that can not be ignore. The perpose of this study is to evaluate the condition of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Sichuan, and to find a better way for it＇s development. Method： Collect data from all of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Sichuan by questionnaire., compare the traditional Chinese and non - Chinese medicine hospital from the human resource and equipment. Results： From this study, we can conclude that the condition of equipment and human resource in tradi- tional Chinese medicine hospital are similar to the non - Chinese medicine hospital, but the cultivation of human resource is difference. Conclusion： The prehospital first - aid of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Sichuan has become strong enough, but their human resource still need special course of cultivation.
