114例儿童分泌性中耳炎相关因素分析

The Relevat Factors Analysis of Secretory Otitis Media in 114 Children

目的探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎相关因素。方法回顾性分析114例分泌性中耳炎患儿的临床资料及其相关因素。结果114例患儿中74.56%存在鼻咽或口咽部的病变,另有继发感冒占7.89%,伴先天性听力障碍占4.39%,原因不明者13.16%。结论对SOM而言,鼻咽或口咽部伴发病变应引起临床医生的重视,积极治疗相关疾病,可预防SOM的发生、减少SOM复发率。

Objective： Inquiry into the relevant factor of secretory otitis media （SOM） in the child. Method： Retrospectively analyzing 114 cases （214 ears） of the clinical data and its related factor of SOM in children. Result： About 74.56% children with SOM suffering from nasopharygeal or otopharygeal diseases in 114 cases. The others, 7.89% following after the cold, 4.39% with congenital hearing loss and 13.16% without obvious reason. Conclusion： To SOM, the nasopharygeal or oropharygeal disease should be emphasized for the clinical doctor, treating the relevant diseases can prevent the occurrence of SOM and reduce the rate of the SOM to relapse.
