摘要 目的研究槲皮素对血管炎症中的细胞间黏附因子—1的表达影响。方法利用IL-1β构建细胞炎症模型,利用RT-PCR技术检测ICAM-1的mRNA水平的表达变化。结果槲皮素对ICAM-1具有下调作用,且具有一定的时间和浓度依赖性。 Objective：To study the effect of quercetin in intercellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1） expression in inflammatory hlood vessels.Method：Cell inflammation model was constructed using IL-1β.RT-PCR was camied out to detect the changes of mRNA expression level.Result：The quercetin significantly lowered the expression of ICAM-1,the result is also time and concentration dependent.Conclusion：Quercetin plays an important role in anti-inflammatory,but the mechanisn is unclear.More experiments have to be camied to study the mechanism.
