The Variance of Serum Interleukin-8 in Mice with Hepaticfibrosis

目的研究血清白介素8(IL-8)水平在不同程度肝纤维化中的变化。方法采用皮下注射四氯化碳的方法制造肝纤维化模型,检测并分析血清IL-8的水平。结果实验组小鼠血清IL-8明显增高,与正常组有显著性差异。结论肝纤维化期间细胞因子参与机体炎症与肝脏损害有密切关系,细胞因子在肝纤维化发病过程中起重要的作用,检测血清IL-8浓度的变化可作为判断肝纤维化严重程度的指标之一。

Objective： To study the variance of serum interleukin- 8 （IL- 8） in mice with hepatieftbrosis.Methods： The mice fibrosis liver model was set up by hypodermic injection of carbon tetrachloride. The levels of the serum IL- 8 were measured and analysed. Results： The levels of serum IL- 8 were significantly higher in experiment group compared with normal control groups, and there were significant differences between the experiment group and the normal control group. Conclusion： The level of cytokines has closed relativity with the inflammation and liver damage. The eytokines play an important role in the development of hepaticfibrosis. We can evaluate the severity of hepaticfibrosis by testing the level of serum IL- 8.
