护理干预对老年患者全身麻醉术后转归的影响

The Effect of the Nursing Intervention to the Old Patients after the General Anaesthesia Operation

目的研究护理干预对老年患者全身麻醉术后转归的影响。方法将全身麻醉术后老年患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理和呼吸肌功能锻炼,观察组采用常规护理和序贯无创正压通气和呼吸肌功能锻炼护理干预,比较动脉血气,X线胸片,肺活量,VAS数值,肺部感染发生率、住院天数及不良反应。结果两组患者术后都有低氧血症和高碳酸血症,部分患者发生肺不张,两组观察指标比较具有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组动脉血气指标、肺活量和肺不张情况较对照组得到明显的改善。护理干预对术后疼痛有一定的缓解作用(P<0.05)。结论有效的序贯无创正压通气和呼吸肌功能锻炼护理干预能改善老年患者全身麻醉术后的呼吸功能,促进肺早期复张,预防肺部并发症,降低住院治疗费用和缩短住院时间。

Objective： To discuss the effect of the nursing intervention to the outcome of old patients who receive noninvasive ventilation therapy after general anaesthesia operation. Method： Divide 40 old postoperation patients into observation group and control group at random. The patients in control group receive noninvasive ventilation nursing intervention besides routine nursing and rehabilitation exercises of respiratory system that the patients in observation group receive. And then compare the blood gas analysis results, X- ray results, Lung capacity, VAS results, Incidence rate of lung infection, days of admission and side effects between the two Sreups. Result： The blood sas analysis results, Lung capacity, pulmonary atelectasis condition and the relief of postoperation pain between the two groups are significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Effective nursing intervention of noninvasive ventilation can improve the respiration function of the old patients after general anaethosia operation, decreace the incidence rate of respiratory complications, and reduce the cost of hospitalization and shorten the length of hospitalization.
