摘要
目的探讨蜂螫伤病人的急救方法和护理特点。方法分析我院2005年9月至11月共收治疗30例蜂螫伤患者的临床资料。结果男16例,女14例,平均年龄50岁,所有患者均出现肾功能异常、肝功能异常和心肌酶学增高,经血液透析抗感染素和应用皮质激素及局部伤口的护理,2例自动出院,20例全部治愈,8例仍在血透中。结论经局部伤口的及时清洗和护理,并早期应用皮质激素和血液透析,可明显地提高治愈率。
Objective： To discuss the first aid methold and nursing feature of the bee - hibernated patients. Methold： Analyling the clinical data of 30 bee - hibernated patients which were admitted from September 21305 to Oetorber 2005. Result： All the patients including 16 men and 12 women, an average of 50 - year- old appeared the renal disfuntion, Hepatic diafanetion and the increasing of myocard enzyme. After the hemat odialysis, anti - infection and nursing of local wound, two patients disched initiative, twenty patients were cured completely and eight patients were still in dialysis. Conclusion： Through the ablution and nursing of locul wound, and using the cortical hormone and hematodialysis promptly, the cure rat can be elevated obviously.
