摘要
本文利用黄河包头段污染物容量研究成果得到的2010年污染物总量指标,通过对两种总量削减方案的对比计算分析,从而得出更为切合实际的河流水污染物总量控制方案,为政府制定城市治理工程规划,实现污染物排放的科学化、定量化管理提供决策依据。
According to results of pollutant capacity research of Bao Tou section along Yellow river, the pollutant total amount indiestots in 2010 are predicted, through comparing, calculating and analyzing two kinds of total amount removal programs, the practical program of river pollutant total control is obtained, it provides decisive references for working out urban treatment planning and realizing pollutant scientific emission and quantitative management.
