超敏C-反应蛋白与冠心病的关系 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度与冠心病的关系。方法选择我院冠心病(包括心绞痛、心肌梗死)患者49例,分为心绞痛组21例和心肌梗死(AMI)组28例,另选我院同期健康体检者35例,分别测定其hs-CRP、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标。结果AMI组患者与对照者TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、hs-CRP间差异均有显著性意义(P<0·05);心绞痛组患者与对照者除LDL-C外其他指标间差异亦均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论hs-CRP浓度在冠心病时升高,可作为冠心病的一项敏感指标。
