儿童全血铁2134例检测分析

Analysis on the Content of Iron in 2 134 Children's Blood Samples

为了解儿童铁营养状况，取微量末梢血，用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了2134例儿童全血铁。结果表明，0-岁组全血铁水平最低，为5．61mmol／L；8一岁组最高，达6．12mmol／L；儿童铁缺乏率具有显著年龄趋势，0-岁组铁缺乏率达88．2％，8-岁组降至55．0％。提示儿童特别是婴儿幼儿铁营养状况严重不良。

To find out the situation of children＇s iron nutrition, the content of iron in small amount of the tip of blood was determined by atomic absorption speetrophotometry. The results show that in group of 0 - year old, the minimum of blood iron is 5.61 mmol/L; in group of 8 - years old, the maximum of blood iron is 6.12 mmol/L. The rate of lacking iron is obviously relative to children＇s ages, that in group of 0-year dd is 88.2%, in group of 8 - years old is 55.0%. It concludes ehiidred especially the infants and young children are seriously lack of iron nutrition.
