摘要
针对目前船舶尾轴密封中存在的一些问题,通过力学分析,确定Ω形状和原材料厚度,选择合理的结构强度和刚度,提出了一种具有磨损自动补偿及能承受冲击作用的新型Ω型弹性元件为主体的尾轴端面密封装置的设计与应用方法。
Aiming at the problems of the marine stem shaft sealing, this paper designed a new type of stern shaft sealing with the Ω- profiled flexure component which could bear the impact and compensate the wear automatically. The shape and thickness of the Ω- profiled component were determined by mechanical analysis, so as to get rational strength and stiffness for the structure.
