摘要
介绍了津滨轻轨明挖区间横跨城市管线的地下连续墙施工技术,对该种地下连续墙的施工步骤:管线加固与导墙施工、地下连续墙的分幅原则、泥浆制备、成槽工艺、钢筋笼加工安装、混凝土灌注等进行论述。此技术实现了不切改管线进行明挖地铁施工,为同类工程提供了一种全新的理念。
The paper presents the construction technology for the underground diaphragm walls crossing public urban pipelines adopted in the construction of the open tunnels of Jinbin Light Rail Project, The paper expatiates on the construction steps of the underground diaphragm walls, i. e. , pipeline reinforcement and construction of guide walls, principle of breadth division of underground diaphragm walls, slurry preparation, trench cutting process, fabrication and installation of re-bar cages, concrete casting, etc. Due to the adoption of such construction technology, the construction of the open tunnels can be executed without the necessity to cut off the pipelines. The paper provides a brand new concept for similar works in the future.
