The paper analyzes on the causes for the unsatisfactory effect achieved by the employee performance assessments executed in China in respect of concept understanding, index establishing, result control and daily records and provides the corresponding countermeasures. The paper also expatiates on the significance and execution principles of employee performance assessments. The paper can provide reference for the execution of employee performance assessments in the future.
