摘要
本文利用模糊数学理论对通信网络系统中的通话质量进行了模糊综合评判,从而实现了对通话质量的综合评价由定性分析到定量分析的飞跃.文中首先对通话质量的好坏程度进行定量分级,然后分别对影响通话质量的各个因素建立模糊隶属函数,再根据通信系统质量指标的标准(由国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)制定)和专家们的经验对各个因素所起的作用确定权,据此就可以对通信网络系统的通话质量进行综合定量评价,且与实际情况是相吻合的.
In this paper, fuzzy mathematical theory is used to judge synthetically voice quality of communication network system so that the synthetic judgement of the voice quality to the communication system is done at quantity. First, the voice quality of the communication system is graded at quantity. Next, the fuzzy membership function of all factors affecting on the voice quality is obtained. And the weight of every factor is found in terms to the standard of the voice quality and experience of expert. Finally, the voice quality of the communication network system is judged synthetically by using fuzzy set theory, and obtained result agrees with actuality.
