摘要
对大板坯连铸机扇形段更换次数及更换原因的统计分析表明,弧形段开口度超差及水平段三节辊冷却强度不足是影响扇形段寿命的主要原因。通过提高开口度调节精度、增加测量及调整开口度的手段,改进水平段喷淋冷却形式及喷杆分布、结构等,提高了扇形段的使用寿命,弧形段寿命由20万t提高到84万t,水平段寿命由不到40万t提高到126万t。
Through the replacing times statistics and the replacing causes analysis of slab CCM segments, the main reasons decreasing the service lives of the segments are fund out: one is the tolerance problem of the roll gap value in bow segments, the other one is the poor cooling problem of horizontal segment rollers. By taking some measures, such as improving adjusting precision and means and measuring method of the casting gap, changing the arrangement and structure of the nozzles and improving the spray cooling form, the segments' service lives is prolongad notably: the bow segments' service lives are improved from 200,000 ton to 840,000 ton and the horizontal segments' service lives are improved from less than 400,000 ton to 1,260,000 ton.
