摘要
为找出16MnR钢板超声波检测不合的原因,在检测缺陷部位取样,借助电子显微镜和电子探针,对钢板组织和微区成分进行了分析。结果表明,检测不合的主要原因是组织中存在的氧化物、硫化物夹杂,C、Mn等元素的成分偏析以及由夹杂物造成的疏松和微裂纹。采取提高钢质纯净度、控制浇注温度和拉速等改进措施,检测合格率由82.5%提高到92%。
In order to find out the causes of 16MnR plate disqualification by ultra-scnic test, the samples from the flaw location are observed and detected with scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum to analyze the microstructure and component. The results show that inclusion of oxide and sulfide, the central segregation of[C] and [Mn] and the looseness and tint crack caused by the inclusion are main reasons of inspection disqualification. By cleaning molten steel, controlling casting temperature and withdrawal speed, the compliance ration in ultrasonic inspection of plate was enhanced from 82.5% to 92%.
