本文根据电石炉电气特性和生产实践经验，提出了智能自适应控制方案，推导了系统的数学模型并给出求解方法，该系统已在现场运行成功．

In this paper,according to electric property of calcium carbide furnace and practical experience of producing process,author proposed this intelligent adaptive control plan,and set up its mathematicmodel and detail solution method. This system has alraedy been succeeded in the practice operation.
