摘要
改进了某井下物探仪器的电源电路,采用MAX471进行电流取样,可以显著降低电流取样引起的压降,用P型大功率MOSFET替代原电路中的限流管和电源电压调整管,设计成功一种新型超低压差限流稳压电路,提高了电源效率,取得了很好的实际应用效果.
A new design scheme, with the sample current circuit by the use of MAX471 and regulate component of P type MOSFET, is presented in this paper. With the use of MAX471 and ultra low on-resistance components P-MOSFET, the new power circuit results in a very low drop-out voltage, and conversion efficiency is very high, presenting a very good application future.
