基于SOC单片机的电机状态智能监测系统

摘要 以CYGNAL SOC单片机为核心,通过对交流异步电机定子电流进行采样、处理,得出电机运行状态参数,可用于电机运行状态监测和远程故障分析、诊断,为及时消除事故隐患提供依据. Using the CYGNAL SOC as a key part, through sampling and processing the current of the stator of the AC asynchronous electromotor, the performance state parameters of the electromotor can be obtained. These parameters can be used to monitor the electromotorg performance state and to analyse and diagnose the malfunction in distance in order to eliminate the potential failure as soon as possible.
