摘要
对激光熔覆技术和等离子喷涂技术在纺机设备上的模拟耐磨实验,观察其微观组织,并通过耐磨性能对比分析,结果表明:激光熔覆涂层比等离子喷涂涂层显微硬度高,且耐磨性能提高50%。
Simulates wear resistance test on textile machinery equipment by means of laser cladding and plasma spraying technology, the mierastructure was observed,and the wear-resistance property was tested. The results showed that the hardness of coating prepared by laser cladding is higher than coating prepared by plasma spraying,the wearing resistance coating prepared by laser clading is increased by 50%.
