摘要
中药材品质鉴定是中药质量控制的首要环节。文章综述了蛋白质电泳、DNA指纹和DNA序列分析技术等在该领域中的研究进展,并对各种技术的优缺点进行了评价和讨论。
The quality identification is essential for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, more and more researchers have begun to study the quality identification of traditional Chinese medicine by molecular biology techniques and great progress have been made.This paper has summarized the progress of application of some technologies including protein electrophoresis technology,DNA fingerprinting technology,DNA sequence analysis technology in this field,and the potential application and merit are also discussed.
