This paper analyses the shortcoming existed presently in night lightening environment in the middle or small-scale cities and the cause of it, subsequently explaining the idea of green thinking and real meaning and relating subjects of night scenery illumination, finally bringing forward measurements and in improving present night scenery illumination in the middle or small-scale cities.
