温度和NaCl浓度对两种无芒雀麦种子萌发的影响 被引量:8

摘要 盐分和温度是影响种子萌发的重要因素,决定种子在何时何地萌发。本试验对两种无芒雀麦(Bromus stam i-neus和Bromus inerm is)的种子萌发进行了对比研究,探讨了不同温度和盐浓度下两种无芒雀麦发芽指标的差异性。结果表明:引进种(Bromus stam ineus)在不同盐浓度和温度下的发芽指标都高于本地种(Bromus inerm is)在相应处理下的,0.3%盐浓度刺激了引进种的萌发;而对于本地种来说,各个盐浓度都抑制了它的萌发。方差分析显示温度、盐浓度对两个种的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响都是极显著(P<0.01);温度与盐浓度的互作对两个种的发芽率和发芽指数的影响是极显著的(P<0.01),但是对它们的发芽势却是不显著的(p>0.05)。 The salt and temperature are important factors that affect the seeds germination,which decide the germination time and germination place. The difference of the seed germination between Bromus stamineus and Bromus inermis was compared, and the difference of the Germination indexes in different salt and temperatures were discussed. The result of the study showed : The germination indexes of the former are higher than that of the latter; the germination of the former is stimulated by NaCl of 0.3 %, while that of the later is restrained by all kinds of NaCl concentration. The Multivariate Analysis of Variance showed : the effect of salinity and temperatures is significant in germination rate , germination vigor and germination index of two varieties(p 〈 0.01 ). Interaction effect of salinity and temperatures is still significant in those germination indexes (p 〈 0.01 ), but that is not significant in its germination vigor (p 〉 0.05 ).
