摘要
“素质教育”从孕育萌发、理论研究、试验探索,到初步实施,全面推进的历程表明,素质教育是在我国教育改革和发展的实践过程中逐步形成、逐步完善、逐步深化、逐步推进的。这一过程一方面反映了素质教育在我国产生的必然性,另一方面也说明我们对它的认识是一个渐进的过程。至今,我们仍不能说这些认识就完全清楚了。因而我们对它的认识和研究没有结束,我们对它的质疑和反思也没有结束。
The whole process of "Character education from its initiation, concerning theoratical studies, experimental exploration, prelininary practice and all-round advance manifests that it has been germinated, perfected, deepened and pushed on gradually throughout the reform, development and practice of education. Which not only indicates necessity of character-education emergence but also indicates that our cognition of "character education" is a gradual process. So both cognition and studion of "character education" and query for and reflection on it have not ended up lots of unclear thinge remaening to be explored.
