随着城镇职工基本医疗体制改革和新型农村合作医疗试点工作的展开和深入,大学生基本医疗保障制度改革应提上议事日程。作为社会医疗保障制度的重要组成部分,大学生基本医疗保障应根据我国医疗保障制度改革的目标,直接纳入城镇职工基本医疗保障体系,以三方负担,大病统筹,全面覆盖为原则,建立健全大学生基本医疗保障制度,切实解决我国大学生基本医疗保障问题。

With the reform of rite basical medical system for urban working staff and the launch and deepening work of the new-type rural cooperative medical pirot project, the reform of college students＇ basical medical-care system should be put on agenda. As an important constituent of social medical system cnsured,college students＇ basical medical system ensured should directly go to the urban working staffs basical medical care system and be accomplished and perfected in a way of expenses being burdened by three parties --parents,school and the nation, serious diseases being taken into general consideration, medical care serving all students and lovering all diseases so that proplems arising from the system can be thoroughly solved.
