摘要
在小规模敏感性试验基础上进行了斯氏线虫对石榴茎窗蛾幼虫的室内毒力测定,利用时间-剂量-死亡率模型分析技术对生物测定数据进行了处理。结果表明56h斯氏线虫All品系的LD50为210条线虫/虫;在5630条线虫/虫、1130条线虫/虫、230条线虫/虫3个剂量处理中斯氏线虫的LT50分别为40、48、55h。与传统机率分析技术相比,时间-剂量-死亡率模型分析同时考虑时间效应与剂量效应,适于评价昆虫病原线虫毒力。
Determination was carried out on indoor virulence of Herdonia asacesalis larva infected by Steinernema carpocapsae after small-scale sensitization test. The data were processed by time-dose-mortality (TDM) model. The result showed that LDso of S. carpocapsae strain All was 210 IJs per H. asacesalis larva at 56 hours, and the LT50 was 40, 48 and 56 hours treatment of 5 630, 1 130 and 230 IJs per larva. Compared with traditional analysis; TDM model technology was suitable for evaluate virulence of entomopathologenic nematod with both time and dosage effect.
