摘要
本试验从光照、外植体刻伤、廉价碳源、不定芽增殖与生根培养同时进行、瓶外生根等方面进行了花烛低成本快速繁殖技术的研究,结果表明,晴天利用自然光,阴天进行日光灯照光处理可节约电能20%;外植体进行刻伤处理后产生愈伤组织块数及不定芽分化率明显高于正常切块;采用白砂糖30g诱导愈伤组织及不定芽效果理想,比使用蔗糖节约成本90%左右;使用MS培养基+6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L达到了不定芽增殖与生根同时进行的目的;无根试管苗用2号生根粉5000倍液浸泡30min后新根点发生较多,移栽成活率高。
Study on quick and low cost breeding technique for Anthurium andraeanum demonstrated that natural lighting at fine days and fluorescent lamp lighting at cloudy days could save about 20% electric energy, that wound callus and adventitious bud differentiation rate of explant had evidently much more than that of normal cut, and that induction of wound callus and adventitious bud by 30g of refined sugar had better result than that by cane sugar. MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L could breed adventitious bud and rooting. Seedless seedling soaked 30 minutes in 5000-fold of ABT2 had high transplanting survival rate.
