中医祛邪、补益两法抗肿瘤作用的比较

目的 比较中医祛邪、补益两种方法抗肿瘤的效果。 方法 用小鼠SRS-82腹水瘤株造成荷瘤小鼠模型并分组，祛邪组采用散结抗瘤方（由浙贝、法夏、蜈蚣、夏枯草、玄参、半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、黄药子等组成）中药灌胃，补益组采用四君子汤（由人参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草等组成）中药灌胃，另设5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）组及空白对照组进行比较，观察对小鼠体内肿瘤的作用。 结果 ①祛邪组的散结抗瘤方和补益组的四君子汤均有显著抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的作用，散结抗瘤方抑瘤率为28．45％．四君子汤抑瘤率为15．69％，两组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。②电镜下观察和琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察发现祛邪组出现了较明显的凋亡特征标志，而其他3组均未见典型的凋亡改变。③在体外实验中，经散结抗瘤方含药血清作用过的SRS-82细胞活力有明显降低，并有显著诱导SRS-82细胞凋亡的作用，而其他3组的作用则不明显。 结论 散结抗瘤方和四君子汤均有显著的抑瘤作用，而以散结抗瘤方的作用更明显。同时，散结抗瘤方含药血清作用过的SRS-82细胞活力降低，并有诱导其凋亡的作用。

Aim To compare the effects of eliminating the pathogenic factor and invigoration in treating tumors. Methods Mouse model with tumor SRS-82 was established and divided randomly into four groups. In the group of eliminating the pathogenic factor, the mice were given the liquid prepared from such Chinese herbs as Fritillaria thunbergii, Pinellia ternate （Thunb.） Breit, chilopod. Koch, selfheal, figwort, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, Herba Oldenlandiae and airpotato yam. And in the group of invigoration, the mice were treated with Sijunzi Tang prepared from such Chinese herbs as ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephaia, Tuckahoe and iquorice. The other two were the group with 5-FU and the control group. The effects on the tumors were observed and compared in the groups. Results ①In the first and second group, the drug had significant effects on holding back the growth of tumors. The rate of holding back of tumor growth in the group of Sanjiekangliu Fang was 28.45%, while Sijunzi Tang 15. 69%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） .②The clearer signs of tumor decline were observed under electronic microscopes and agarose gel eleetrophoresis, while no signs in the rest groups. ③The exosomatie experiments showed the obvious decline of SRS-82 cells under the influence of Sanjiekangliu Fang, which could also induce the decline of SRS-82 cells, but the rest groups had no obvious effects. Conclusion Both Sanjiekangliu Fang and Sijunzi Tang have significant effects on holding back the growth of tumors, and the former is more effective.
